As sales and marketing manager you are a mediator between the management board and the operative, coach, strategist, brand manager and pioneer for all sales-relevant processes and lead a team of approx. 15 - 20 people. Responsibilities:

  • Taking over the disciplinary and technical management of a team of sales and marketing staff for the surgery and aesthetics division
  • Direct management responsibility for an up to 15-person sales team
  • Further development of the organizational unit in the form of coaching and regular feedback
  • Identification of growth opportunities to increase market share and development of new distribution channels and strategies
  • Responsibility for maintaining and expanding market share in the existing market
  • Close cooperation with colleagues of equal rank as well as with internal departments and external partners with the aim of effective market development
  • Market and competition observation, analysis of customer development and competitor strategies
  • Definition of goals and ongoing monitoring of goal achievement and reporting to the Director D-A-CH and the CEO/VP
  • Active integration in cross-departmental projects and assumption of the management function for sub-projects or work packages
  • Implementation and monitoring of marketing and service measures in close cooperation with marketing and customer support

Requirements:

  • You are a successful & charismatic leader who can carry everyone away - with many years of experience. You have a degree in engineering, natural sciences or economics or a comparable education with relevant work experience
  • You have a proven track record of successful employment in (technically) demanding sales or marketing, preferably in medical technology or pharmacy
  • You have strong modern leadership skills, a special ability to promote team spirit - you are able to lead a field sales team remotely and relevant experience in the creation and development of a diverse high performance team
  • You are a communicative and assertive personality with analytical acumen, clear sales, customer and results orientation as well as a confident and charming appearance
  • You are experienced in working with CRM or ERP systems as well as with common KPI and forecast tools
  • Strategic thinking, creativity and willingness to develop new distribution channels are in your blood
  • Your positive charisma, your professional and confident appearance and your strong will enable you to complete even difficult projects with a positive outcome
  • You know how to look after important customers, opinion leaders and colleagues in a responsible manner
  • Business fluent German and English are basic requirements for this position
